On the 24th of dec we were caught in the jam in singapore and we called the staff and informed that we will be checking in later. staff were very helpful and accomodating and the moment we checked in there was no furthur delay from the stuff and we immediately checked in to the room. rooms were spacious, condusive and we will rate the cleanliness of the rooms as excellent.a 5-10minutes walk from the hotel to little india. shopping areas like makota were a reasonable distance from the hotel. overall the stay was pleasant and wonderful. my family and i will definately come back to this hotel again.

Hotel is strategically located in middle of Malacca town.Food and groceries can be found at nearby stalls and shops.The rooms are fully equipped with necessary items such as iron and iron board which some hotels did not provided.However some of the things can be improved such as more parking lot, new pillows & beds.Overall staying in the hotel is a pleasant stay.

Stayed for 1 night in a Studio Suite with our baby twins (10 months old). There was plenty of space for the twins to crawl around and explore and as there was a separate bedroom we could put them to bed early and still have the evening in the lounge part. Very clean room. Helpful staff. Free parking. Close to tourist centre.
